Under-skilled college graduates

Colleges are graduating students who are increasingly not what businesses need or want – they either lack the proper skills to become a good employee, or they chose a major that’s in low demand, or some combination of both.  This is an incredibly painful thing for new college grads – many of whom are now entering the labor force with a crushing load of debt – and it’s almost as frustrating for businesses in industries that are having a harder and harder time finding well-qualified employees.
